Scott Mullins (President/Owner)
Scott Mullins joined the Del Monte Electric Team in 2000 as an estimator and project manager. Scott completed his IBEW Electrician’s apprenticeship in 1991 and has over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry as a foreman, general foreman, project manager, estimator, safety manager, vice president, and owner.
Scott oversees the daily operations of the company as the president and majority shareholder. Scott has extensive experience with healthcare, educational, design/build, and design/assist projects and is able to use his experience to identify and solve problems before they impact the project schedule or budget.
Scott is a current trustee for the Alameda County Apprenticeship Trust and was a past chairman of the NECA Codes and Standards Committee. He received the Seraphin Electrical Code Award for many years of service to the NECA Codes and Standards Committee, the East Bay Uniform Code Committee, and the Code Advisory Committee.
Chris Walker (Senior Project Manager)
Chris Walker joined the Del Monte Electric Team in 2011 after graduating from college, and currently operates as a project manager and estimator. Chris’ current project focus is primarily in the healthcare and education market sectors and has experience with various delivery methods such as design/assist, integrated project delivery, and design/bid/build. Known as a proactive and client focused project manager, Chris has the experience and knowledge to handle many of Del Monte’s larger and more complex projects.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, and is a member of the NorCal NECA Future Leaders.
Dustin Fly (Senior Project Manager)
Dustin Fly first started working with the Del Monte Electric Team in 2008 as an intern while attending the Construction Management program at Chico State. Dustin came to work with Del Monte as a full-time employee in 2010 as a project engineer and estimator. In just two years, Dustin began managing his own projects.
Since 2012, Dustin has extensive experience managing fast-track projects including educational, solar, health care, tenant improvements. Dustin has experience with integrated project delivery and understands the importance of working as a collaborative team member.
Dustin sat on the NECA Codes Committee, is a member of the NorCal NECA Future Leaders, and is a key member of the Del Monte Electric team.
Garry Edgell (Senior Estimator)
Garry has been a key member of Del Monte Electric since joining our team in March of 2000. Garry is a skilled estimator that brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project. He has worked in the field as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman, and general foreman, and has prior experience as Chief Estimator for Cupertino Electric before joining Del Monte Electric.
Garry graduated from CSU Chico with a degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Botany.
Scott Barreuther (General Superintendent/Safety Manager)
Scott Barreuther joined the Del Monte Electric Team in 2004 as a Foreman. Scott completed his IBEW Local 302 Electrician’s apprenticeship in 1997 and has over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry as a foreman, general foreman, senior general foreman, general superintendent, and safety manager.
Scott oversees the daily operations of the field projects as the general superintendent. Scott has extensive experience with health care, educational, solar, tenant improvement, and retail projects. He is able to use his experience to identify and solve problems before they impact the project schedule and labor productivity.
Scott has been on several industry committees, including the IBEW Local 302 Executive Board, Inside Wiremen’s Committee, Foresight Committee, Political Action Committee, and Recreation Committee.
Lynn Martin (Controller)
Lynn Martin joined Del Monte Electric in 2005 as the Controller/Office Manager. Lynn has an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration. Lynn received her license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1983. Lynn has over 35 years in the accounting field as an auditor, tax preparer, business owner and corporate controller. In addition, Lynn has a Lifetime California College Teaching Credential, teaching business courses at Las Positas College. Lynn served four years as a Trustee to the Chabot – Las Positas Community College District, including one year as the Board President.
